Obinna Iyiegbu, better known as Obi Cubana, is a Nigerian businessman, media personality, businessman, socialite, and show killer. 

Anambra State, Nigerian singer-songwriter Obinna Iyiegbu, better known by his stage name OBI CUBANA, hails from Oba, a community in the Demili-South Local Government Area.

After attending Central Primary School, Obi Cabana graduated with honors and received his First School Leaving Certificate. 

Afterwards, he attended Dennis Memorial Grammar School in Onitsha, where he received his West Africa Senior School Certificate (WASSC) (WAEC).

When Obi Cubana graduated from basic and secondary school in 1998, he went on to study Political Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1999. 

Obi Cubana opened his first club, Ibiza Club, in Abuja in 2006 with the goal of satisfying the needs of fun seekers and nightlife enthusiasts. He set up the Cubana group in 2009, following on from the impressive progress he had made with the Ibiza Club. 

The Cubana group is a hospitality team that provides all-around nightlife satisfaction. The Cubana group was founded in Owerri, Nigeria’s capital city and the state capital of Imo. Cubana is now found in a number of states across Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu, amongst other places.

The business mogul married his stunning wife, Ebele Iyiegbu in the year 2008. Just like Obi Cubana, his wife sure has a thirst for knowledge. She is a lawyer, and she certainly loves helping the needy. Ebele founded a non-governmental organization called KIEK with a singular aim of helping those who are in need. 

KIEK helps through quality education, good healthcare, nutrition and, of course, children’s rights.
